IN 2019 RUSSIA WILL SUPPLY 360,000 b/d TO BELARUS REFINERIES
Belarus state owned concern Belneftekhim confirmed that in 2019 Russia would supply to Belarus refineries 360,000b/d (18mn t).
Initially deputy chairman of the company Vladimir Sizov, stated that such volume was inked in the intergovernmental agreement.
“For 2019, we have sustained supplies volumes to our refineries at the level of 18mn t ,” said the deputy chairman of the concern. “This is the volume that corresponds to our technical capabilities and the optimal mode of our oil refining.” Currently, the parties continue to discuss compensation for the losses of the Belarusian economy due to tax changes in the oil industry of the Russian Federation.
“Negotiations are currently taking place, but today it’s too early to talk about any intermediate results: the negotiation process is not over yet. In the near future, there may be some comments,” stated Vladimir Sizov.
Earlier it was reported that the algorithm for compensating the losses of Belarus from the tax maneuver in Russia should be worked out by 15 December.
