The Kenkiyak-Kumkol oil pipeline is close to the start of shipments
KazStroyServis has completed construction of the Kenkiyak-Kumkol pipeline on time. CNPC-Aktobemynaygaz, the Kazakhstan-Chinese JV, has started on 11 July filling the pipeline with 600,000 t of crude. Commercial deliveries are supposed to begin in October. Loading the pipeline will free export capacities on the Atyrau-Samara and Aktau-Makhachkala-Novorossiysk exports routes via Russia.
