The flagman of Russian refining and petrochemicals
On 9 February 2009, the refining and petrochemicals industry scientific research and design centre VNIPIneft celebrates its thirtieth anniversary. Since its inception in 1929, the institute has grown from being one of the forebears of oil industry design to claiming its position as the leading organisation in Russia in its sector and has achieved leadership on the Russian market as a successful engineering company. This is evident in the multitude of VNIPIneft's successful projects and large number of awards and certificates.
