As a side7effect of America's shale revolution and the U.S.A. booming domestic crude oil production, EU refiners lost U.S. gasoline markets. Lower crude runs led to massive shut downs in EU refineries which in its turn leads to growing fuels, primarily diesel imports to Central and Northern Europe.
