This year OILMARKET magazine celebrated its 10th anniversary during Odessa forum. Admittedly enough, launching this project a decade ago we could not even in the ghastliest nightmare imagine the current decrepitude of Ukrainian refining industry. Yet back in 2004 Ukraine's 6 operating refineries processed the record-breaking 21.7mn (434,000b/d) of crude oil compared to 4.5mn t (90,000b/d) processed in 2012 with only one facility on stream UkrTatNafta 220,000b/d Kremenchug refinery partly utilizing its capacity.
